Under 15 Final Win

 

Congratulations to our girls who won the Under 15B2 Final on Saturday in an exciting match against Belmont.

 

Our girls had the upper hand in the first half and led 3-0 to 0-1 at half time with our goals coming from Saoirse Dooley who hit two and the other courtesy of Gillian Loughnane.

 

The girls didn't have it all their own way in the second half however and credit to Belmont who fought back and narrowed the lead to 4 points but 3 points from Aoife Burke kept the score board ticking over for Naomh Brid to see out the game and claim an excellent win for our girls with the final score reading 3-3 to 1-5.

 

What a brilliant way to end the year for our club.  Well done to the girls and their coaches.

Our Annual General Meeting will take place on Sunday, 20th November 2022 at 4.00 pm in the Coolderry Club House.  All are welcome so we look forward to seeing you there.

As our year comes to an end we reflect on how lucky we are in Naomh Brid to have such an amazing amount of players. From our under 8s to senior we have had the pleasure of watching such amazing talent.

 

This year we have won under 12, under 13, under 14, under 15 finals and our Seniors got into the Senior B Final. 

 

We are so PROUD of each and every player who wears the Naomh Brid Jersey 

 

Thank you to ALL our trainers.  If they didn't dedicate their time, our club would not be the success it is.

 

Also a BIG thank to the parents who always turn up. You are as much a part of our club as anyone.
