Our Under 10 girls played their latest Go Games of the Summer on Tuesday evening when they travelled to Rahan where they played games against Shamrocks and Tullamore.
The girls gave their all and played some excellent camogie. Well done girls and keep up your training at home. Thank you to Shamrocks for their hosting the blitz and for their hospitality.

Our Under 12 girls returned to winning ways on Wednesday evening where they overcame St Rynaghs in Banagher.
In the first quarter the girls struggled to convert their possession into scores and St Rynaghs picked off 3 goals but an Aoibheann Dooley point levelled the scores. Shortly after, a Caoimhe O'Shea point gave our girls the lead but this was cancelled out by a St Rynaghs goal and a point. However, the girls then had an excellent purple patch scoring 4 times, courtesy of Aoibheann and Caoimhe to lead 7 points to 14 at half time.
The second half was a tighter affair with scores proving harder to come by. Aoibheann stretched our team's lead shortly after the break but with time running out St Rynaghs helped themselves to a point followed by a goal to leave the final score reading St Rynaghs 5-2 (11), Kinnitty 2-5 (17). Well done to the girls on an excellent win.

Under 8s
Thursday evening saw our Under 8 girls play in their next Go Games of the year when they travelled to our neighbours in Rath where they played Drumcullen, Shamrocks, Shinrone and St Rynaghs. Well done to the girls and as always we would ask the girls' parents to please keep the girls practising their camogie at home and keep up the great work.
Under 14s
The cliche goals win games was a saying that came back to haunt our girls on Thursday evening when they played Kilcormac/Killoughey in Kinnitty. While there was not a great difference in the number of scores hit by both teams in the first half, Kilcormac/Killoughey's goals left them with a healthy lead at the break.
The second half however is one our girls will soon want to put behind them when they were hit by a string of goals that left Kilcormac/Killoughey comfortable winners at full time.
Team: Abi Browne, Amber O'Brien, Alison Ryan, Aisling Farrell, Maisie O'Neill, Meadbh Dooley, Kate Maher, Kate Browne, Aine Kinsella, Amber Mortimer, Katie Standish, Kate Harris, Eleanor O'Keeffe, Aoibhe Longworth, Abbie Sheppard.
Subs: Aoife McGovern, Roisin Flanagan, Aoibheann Dooley, Leah Dooley
