I'm surprised Meath GAA approve of this type of thing. Why can't they they get proper reporting on matches. Take a look at the Dublin GAA website now. Match reports and round ups from club games this week."
I partly agree, I enjoy reading the blog but for such things to appear on the offical county board website and social channels is a bit strange in my opinion.

I agree. Those reports are unpleasant, childish, and badly written. It reflects badly on Meath GAA to promote them.

Who's this young Jack O'Connor lad shooting the lights out for Curraha? Has he played with county minors?

Very good free and penalty taker but don't think he scored from general play v na fianna according to match reports . Never heard of him on county teams but exceptional free taker

I agree as well, calling a full back "diminutive" as well is unnecessary and would annoy me if I was the player or his teammates. The article is full of jibes and childish personal remarks attempting to be funny and would put me off reading his stuff again. His early work last year was excellent in fairness but it focused purely on the football and wasn't centered on his cringey "banter".
