Ballivor get behind fundraiser for 'Big Shane'

A GoFundMe page has been set up for former Ballivor footballer Shane Kenny, now living in the America.
‘Big Shane’ has been diagnosed with cancer and all funds raised will go towards his medical bills, living expenses and travel costs for his parents to come to the U.S. and help him with his care.
Shane was one of the stars of the show as St. Finians (Ballivor/Longwood) claimed Under 17 and minor honours in 2010. Ballivor GFC took to social media to get behing this fundraiser "Please support folks one of our own"
The page has brought in more than $32,000 in less than day and has currently raised over $63,000.
