Our Senior Men had a disappointing start to their Division 1 league campaign with a 2-08 to 1-08 defeat at home to St. Mochtas. Both of our Junior Mens teams were in action over the past week, with a win against the Glyde/Seans/Western combination in Division 6 and a loss to St. Brides in Division 4.

Our Senior Ladies got their Division 1 campaign of to a winning start with a 3-15 to 0-05 win over Stabannon Parnells. Both our Junior Ladies teams had fixtures on Friday night, with a win over St. Brides and a narrow defeat to Roche Emmets.

Good luck to Dan and Matt Corcoran and to Louth GAA in their opening Leinster Championship match v Offaly on Saturday. Best of luck to Eilis, Rebecca and Holly and to Louth LGFA in their Division 4 final v Leitrim on Sunday. We wish all the Louth Development squads and our own representatives the very best in their upcoming intercounty fixtures.

All our underage teams are back training, with fixtures and blitz’s taking place for many. As always you can get all up to date information on our social media platforms and we would encourage all parents and supporters to sign up to ClubZap which contains details of all club news including all club fixtures.

Our Lotto is back and currently stands at €4600.00; please check our social media for details of the ways in which you can take part.  We thank everyone who supports our club lotto; funds raised are essential to the running of our facilities for the entire parish to enjoy. Remember that you got to be in it to win it!

We continue to ask everyone who visits our grounds to adhere to the strict protocol we have in place and to be compliant as we endeavour to keep you all safe.
