Leinster Club Championship:

Next Sunday all roads lead to Cusack Park Mullingar when Killoe take on Westmeath champions Garrycastle in the AIB club championship. Throw in for this game is 1.30pm. We would appreciate support for all clubs in the county and from the parish. Best of luck to the team and management.

 

Under -20 Championship:

Our U-20 team played Longford Slashers in the opening round of the Championship on Wednesday evening last. The game finished level Killoe 0-9 Longford Slashers 0-9. Killoe were very slow to settle into the game in the opening quarter but finished the stronger in the opening half and only trailed by 1 point Killoe 0-4 Longford Slashers 0-5.

It was tit for tat in the second half with both sides making some handling errors. The end result was a fair enough end to the game. Final-Score Killoe 0-9 Longford Slashers 0-9.

 

Lotto:

Our weekly lotto draw took place in The Olde Forge on Sunday night. There were no jackpot winners. The numbers drawn were 14,16,28 and31. The €20 winners were Shane Clarke Ohill, Andrew Murphy Corneddan, Ciaran Donohoe Kelleter, Emer & Feidhlm Muldoon Cullyfad and Sean Murray Cullyfad. The sellers prize went to Mark Mimnagh.
