Kildare GAA has announced that former Kilkenny netminder David Herity is staying on as manager of the county’s senior hurling team.

The Lilywhites’ Management Committee has handed Herity a three-year extension to be reviewed after year two.

Club delegates will be asked to ratify the decision at the upcoming September meeting of the County Board.
