The second Galway SHC semi-final between holders St Thomas' and neighbours Gort, fixed for Kenny Park tomorrow afternoon, has been postponed because of a Covid-19 outbreak.

Clarinbridge will have to wait a while longer to find out who their final opponents will be after easily overcoming Craughwell by ten points in today's last-four clash in Athenry where new Galway senior hurling manager Henry Shefflin was watching on.

The postponement also allows Kilkenny legend Shefflin to see his home club Ballyhale Shamrocks in Kilkenny SHC final action against O'Loughlin Gaels at UPMC Nowlan Park.
