The leading club "Garrymore" has loads of entrants with the same name! Or maybe they are all related to each other with Polish fist names and Irish surnames, I think not.

Not a great week, dropped a good few places in county, provincial and national leagues. Bernard let me down.

Reilly and Brogan, one point between them, Jayzus! Picking Morgan instead of Cluxton fairly damaged any ambitions I had.

Cillian O'Connor, you legend!

46 points this week, very good apart from the fact that all my opponents with Cillian O'Connor got a huge amount of points and that Murphy was absolutely anonymous. Some tough decisions to be made in the transfer week, especially after Donegals performance today.

Had a mare myself with only half my team playing in provincial finals, thought Armagh and Sligo would have faired a bit better to be honest.

Still just a little bit shy of the 400 mark which isn't too bad I suppose, wholesale changes for the quarters though I reckon.

Anybody know how transfers work after the provincials? I take it we are able to take more than just 2 players from each team from this stage onward.

How did we do this week? Having Cillian O'Connor as captain has really boosted my stock. I also had Darren Hughes, Conor McManus and Lee Keegan doing well for me. Think I got 94 points for the week.

No points on offer this weekend as all the matches are qualifiers but after that everyone has a wildcard and can make wholesale changes to their teams. I'm not sure how many players you can include from one county from here on in. I'd imagine you'd be allowed more than 2 seeing as there will only be 8 available teams left!!!

Looks like we'll be picking 2 players from every county, and 1 from 1. Says nothing about being allowed to pick more than 2 per county after qualifiers. Shocking decision from game makers, everyone will have all the same players. Brogan, Cooper, O' Connor, O' Neil, Cluxton, etc. No chance for any real ground to be made barring appalling team selections from players ahead of you.

Bad oversight if that is the case throw_it_over. It basically kills it as a contest.

LockJaw, you will be happy (or more likely sad) to hear I am doing quite well - well inside the top 100.

hard to believe a team from garrymore is not winning it given the hundreds of teams he entered.

I'm well inside top 50. Don't expect to close the gap much if the rules stay as is.

Still only 2 players from each team, I'm afraid I've lost interest now. A little disappointing.

Garrymore and Achill are the corner stones upon which Fantasy Gaelic is built.

Who would the best pick as captain from here on in? Ideally you want someone who will at least be playing in the final, if not winning it. That man would also need to be scoring a few points in the 3 matches along the way aswell.

I'm tempted to play it safeish and go for Gooch as I think they'll beat Cavan but I'm not sure would they beat Dublin if they met in the semi.
The alternative is Mannion/Brogan from Dublin.

The other side of the draw is just too hard to predict.

Opinions?

My interest is back! 336 points this week, Cluxton as captain got almost 1/3rd of that on his own.

I had a brain fart and selected Paddy Andrews when I meant Paul Mannion. I even made him captain!

Throw in the fact that I also dropped Cillian O'Connor and my interest is over.

305 with Maher not playing knew I should have picked Buckley.
