The older generation would in all probability say Sean O'Neill. On what I have seen it would be Greg Blaney. No.15 (Down) - Posts: 193 - 16/04/2009 16:34:18 259216 Link 0 |

For me it has to be Ciaran Murray. He had everything, speed, skill, intelligence. He doesn't have the honours that Nudie won, but then his knee injury at the age of 25 cut short his career. He has one all-star, one national league and two ulster medals with him as the Team Captain in 88. (Plus he made it to the World cup in 2002.....) Ciaran Murray is a very good shout alright, he was a brilliant player. A great pity he had to quit playing so young. mid-mon man (Monaghan) - Posts: 1680 - 16/04/2009 21:35:23 259584 Link 0 |
