That was not the question. The question is can they ? Every thing anymore revolves around money. Who cares about England and multi millionaire players. Are the financially strapped league of Ireland teams paying that kind of money to test the semi pros. Half the time they won't even pay their wages. Maybe be counties would be better off using the money paid to managers and have their players testing so they can enjoy playing. Just a thought. All I would like to see fairness to all the sports in Ireland and there is an obligation to do that. Shut them all down or none.
