Replying To Oldtourman:  "I would actually fear Galway, Waterford and Clare, with a full team back,, more than Tipp this year."
Tipp are always a threat. I'd expect Waterford to be tough again this year.

Tipp winning their first Munster title in 85 years. What about them Jersey's? They are class. On the local club front Naomh Martin winning their first ever Louth Senior Championship. It has been steady progress for the Monsterboice men. In 2015 they win a relegation play-off to stay up, 2016 they are beaten Quarter-finalists, 2017 they are beaten Semi-finalists, 2018 they reach their first ever Senior Final and it looked like they would win but lack of experience cost them, 2019 they are well beaten in the final but at last this year the Joe Ward cup rest firmly in the hills of Monsterboice.

My best GAA memory of 2020 was when catch-22 said Donegal would hammer Cavan in the Ulster final, that made me chuckle and still does :-)

Not only will it be equalled in the coming years, it'll also be surpassed.

It's the little things my old flower, and sure didn't we win the ould league so it wasn't a total washout I suppose.

Cavan's Ulster Championship win literally couldn't have been scripted better. It was as if God himself designed our USFC campaign.

Preliminary round. Monaghan away. Seven points down at half time against our most hated and bitter rivals. Everything looked grim. Surely there was no way back. Ten minues left, three points down. Clawed it back to level it in the last minute. Into extra time. Level again. Fifty metre free awarded. Up steps Galligan. Nails it. Monaghan sent packing for the second year in a row. Absolutely glorious. Simply glorious.

Next up Antrim. Woeful game. Poor performance. We get by. Job done.

USFC Semi final. Down. TEN points behind on a miserable wet day. Surely this game is over? Nope. One of the greatest comebacks in GAA history. Back to back Ulster finals secured.

Ulster final. Donegal. All Ireland contenders. Talked up as being the only team capable of stopping Dublin. They were never in it. Wiped the floor with them from start to finish.

Ulster champions. Title number 40.

When I went for a point from the 21 yard line and I slipped on my **** and sliced it so badly it looped over the keeper and into the top corner. Girl I had just started seeing was even in the crowd to see it! she dumped me a month later :D

It was a savage run for sure, I only saw the Monaghan and Donegal games but they were full of excitement and bravery for sure.

Well the amazing thing about it is that they are NOT finished yet and I'm sure they are the favorites for the next All Ireland. I don't see them slowing down any time soon.
