Galway just come across as one of those counties that you couldn't rely on to do the job. There's a sense that there are a lot of issues in the background and maybe a few egos that need a bit of an aul massage or they might throw a strop.
No real consistency for such a big hurling county.

I can tell you one thing for certain, any Waterford player downs his tools under Cahills watch and he won't see a Waterford jersey again under Cahills watch.

That's man does not tolerate egos or bullsh*t.

What is 'real consistency'? Is there a scientific standard for it, or a unit of measurement? Or is it just a makey uppey term that is in your own head, and is such a subjective area that it couldn't possibly have any discrete measurables.
