Two teams who have never met in the All Ireland senior football championship. It's huge for both with a place in the Super 8s at stake. gaelicgab (USA) - Posts: 878 - 01/07/2019 14:04:08 2203579 Link 0 |
Cork to win this in my opinion but it would hardly be a shock of the century contender if laois got the win.

Tricky draw. I was hoping for Cavan. Laois have a knack for Ulster teams. Can't see us turning over Cork in a neutral venue. Markymark (Laois) - Posts: 644 - 01/07/2019 14:10:25 2203588 Link 0 |
Yes handy one for Cork no doubt.

Laois to make Cork at least sweat, if not more. realdub (Dublin) - Posts: 8571 - 01/07/2019 18:13:29 2203798 Link 3 |
If Cork put in the same level of performance as against Kerry then they will win by 7/8 points. Laoisvillian (Laois) - Posts: 71 - 02/07/2019 11:08:33 2204207 Link 0 |
Maybe the 7 day turnaround had an effect on the Laois performance against Cork. Laois seemed to fade badly. It's happened to Cork in the past 2015 · Kildare defeated Cork by 1-21 to 1-13 in the All-Ireland Senior Football Championship seven days after losing to Kerry crikey (Australia) - Posts: 355 - 08/07/2019 16:33:04 2207971 Link 0 |
