No tomsmith I was not taking a hand at you, my post was in the utmost sincerity. Just the other day I was asked for ?3.50 for a mango fruit in a shop up here in Dublin, so I put it back and walked out in protest at the exorbitant prices I am forced to pay for groceries here in this European capital.

Can you please start a thread on the main board so that we can all highlight the "Rip-Off Republic of Ireland" and most importantly "Dear Dublin"? This way posters can post their own piece on when and where they were ripped off. Maybe it might be elevated to a higher authority in the future who might be forced to do something about it.

You're our only hope Tom.....the people are crying out for a hero.
