Babs blasts standard of refereeing in Croker last Saturday

Babs Keating has branded the officiating in Wexford’s Allianz NHL victory over Dublin last Saturday as “the worst” he has ever seen.
Referee Johnny Murphy blew for 50 fouls in the Model County’s 2-14 to 0-18 win and, speaking to The Herald, Tipperary legend Babs didn’t mince his words: “What I saw in Croke Park last Saturday evening was the worst I've ever seen and I mean that.
“Everything that happened, the best way I could describe it was Pat Shortt's Killinaskully programme because what went on you wouldn't see it in that show.”
