Any word on team yet. No injuries hopefully. It would be great to get the win over there but it won't be easy. Sligo came a cropper there and even Mayo were blessed to get out a few years back. Ceatharlach abú.

Best of luck to the footballers.

This is tricky and we'll need to be at our best to win.

I have a feeling though that we will pull through, but not without a scrap.

Well done to the team today, a gritty win in a difficult tie.

Best run in the championship for many's the long year.

Hopefully we'll get a kind draw in the morning.

I thought he was over pernickety with the whistle, it was easy to get a yellow card to day and it was easier still to get a second yellow, I believe that because Brendan Murphy won his case when he appealed his one match suspension he was ear marked today, his two yellows came easy enough, Ruths black card at worst should have been a yellow, and a few questionable decisions went against London as well, perhaps it was the fright I got when I thought the game was slipping from Carlow but to their credit the weathered the storm and didn't panic.
One other thing, I don't know where all the extra injury time came from.

This is only the second year we have won a game in the LSFC & qualifiers in same year(2001) here's hoping we can push on further again, looking forward to the draw this morning.

That was one of the better draws we could have hoped for.

But a word of warning. These boys are no mugs and while we've improved this season they'll also be delighted with the draw and will be equally confident of beating us.

I wouldn't be putting my life savings on the outcome.

Agree 100% about this one as one where we could come a cropper ... they will be delighted with this one - as will we, given we are both Div 4. If Brendan Murphy is gone certainly will lengthen our odds ... He certainly seems to receive a lot of attention from lads trying to provoke him, anyone here see what happened ? Any other injury concerns ?

Ruislip certainly was a tricky as a lot of lads here were saying ... certainly going by the radio it could have gone either way ...

Based on the league game it could go either way. Was an excellent game that we just edged in the end. Not sure how badly our confidence will have been hit by the hammering in the hyde. Mulligan a huge loss since that game in Carrick as well.

Great to get a win yesterday, Leitrim is probably the best draw we could have hoped for and I'm sure they are thinking the same, going on the league game there won't be much in this one, we blew a chance to win that at the end of the game so hopefully we can make up for it. I think a lot will depend on how Leitrim took their heavy loss to roscommon , will they be out to make amends or did they see that as season over.

Delighted that Carlow are having their best Championship in years. Long may it continue. Good draw with Leitrim.

Great to get the win on Sunday, was never going to be easy. Played badly and still won.
Couldn't have asked for a better draw in the next round either. Not that it will be anyway easy, but compared to Monaghan away we will take it.

We will obviously be without Brendan Murphy the next day, and possibly Conor Lawlor too depending on how bad the injury is.. 2 big losses and reduces our options off the bench.
Can see Ruth being moved to midfield and possibly O'Brien or 1 of the Clarkes being brought into the forwards. Shane O'Neill despite scoring crucial goals & points during the league doesn't even get off the bench now for some reason. BJ Molloy would be the obvious replacement for Lawlor.

Leitrim won't be easy they beat us in the league in a crucial game. They have lost their star forward Mulligan since then to his 3rd cruciate injury, he scored 6 or 7 points in league game. Hopefully we can scrape through and play a 5th championship game for the 1st time possibly ever?
