We were focussing on the senior hurling championship, Lory Meagher Cup and ladies senior football championship today.
Croke Park was the setting for the mouth-watering All-Ireland SHC semi-final between Leinster champions Kilkenny and beaten Munster finalists Waterford at 6pm, preceded by the Meagher Cup decider between Louth and Fermanagh at 3:30.
Meanwhile, reigning champions Dublin locked horns with Armagh at Breffni Park (4:30) for a prized place in the 2020 All-Ireland senior ladies football championship final.
