Congratulations to two of our Rories abroad, Amy Lawlor and Johnny Klusch, who were both part of the successful

  Ladies and Men’s teams who won the 

Cormac McAnallens GAA - Sydney

  7s tournament on Saturday last. Amy captained her side and also won ladies player of the tournament and Johnny won men’s player of the tournament whilst his team was captained by fellow Cavan man and Arvagh GAA player Johnny McCabe. Comghairdeas leat agus beir bua!

Covid-19 Effects

The recent Covid-19 update by the Government means that there is still no timeframe of when a return to training and games can take place. Hopefully more positive news will be forthcoming in the coming months with regards to returning to play. 

 

Senior & Junior Player of the Year  

Congratulations to John Cahill who was named 2020 Senior Player of the Year at the recent Senior Club AGM and  congratulations to Killian Murray who was named 2020 Junior Player of the Year at the recent Senior Club AGM.

Many thanks to all our club members who attended the 2020 Club AGM held on Zoom recently.  We  would like to wish all of our elected club officials well in their roles for the coming year and we would like to sincerely thank  all of our officers for all their hard work in what was a very challenging year in 2020.  

 

Club Membership   

Many thanks for your continued strong and loyal support for our club. Family Membership in Club Belturbet is €300 for the year or €240 for the year for an individual membership in Club Belturbet.  If any member wishes to purchase the regular membership the fee for the year is €50. Membership fees for 2021 can be paid  to our club chairman Paul O'Reilly, Vice-Chairman Mark Lawlor or indeed any of the club committee.
