Annette Clarke is still winning silverware, 17 years after captaining Galway to their only All-Ireland senior ladies football championship success.
The two-time All-Star retired from inter-county duty in 2016, but is still going strong for her club Kilkerrin/Clonberne who completed a three-in-a-row of Connacht senior championships at Glencar/Manorhamilton's expense yesterday.
Clarke came off the bench to win her sixth Connacht senior club medal to add to her nine Galway senior championships.
TweetAnnette Clarke’s introduction off the bench in today’s Connacht Club SFC final drew one of the biggest cheers from the crowd in Swinford.
