Waterford will be without Conor Gleeson for tomorrow's All-Ireland SHC quarter-final against Tipperary.

The corner back from Fourmilewater has received a one-match ban for "striking with minimum force" during last Saturday's dramatic win over Galway. Gleeson is alleged to have struck Joe Canning - who announced his inter-county retirement this week - in an off-the-ball incident just before half-time, and was red-carded by Sean Stack before the second half began.

The Deise are also expected to be without centre back Iarlaith Daly for a second game in-a-row due to a quad injury, with Shane Bennett set to deputise once again.
