All-Ireland Sevens competition

Our ladies took part in an All-Ireland 7-a-side competition hosted by the St. Sylvester's club in Malahide last Saturday.

Due to a number of last-minute drop outs, we travelled with only seven players which left us at a huge disadvantage to the other teams who were able to run in and out players when required. In spite of this, we gave a good account of ourselves against teams from Mayo, Galway, Laois and Monaghan, and an enjoyable day was had.

Last week's lucky numbers were 6, 14, 22 and 23. There were two Match 3 winners - Mary Daly, Cornaher and Bill Bastic, Clara Road. This week's jackpot is €10,150. Thank you for your continued support.
