Kilkenny duo TJ Reid and Richie Hogan along with Tipperary's Séamus Callanan are the three men nominated for the GAA/GPA/Opel Hurler of the Year award.
For the Young Player of the Year, Galway's Jason Flynn and Cathal Mannion are joined on the shortlist by Tadhg de Búrca of Waterford.
GPA members will vote for the winners.
Player of the Year - TJ Reid (Kilkenny), Richie Hogan (Kilkenny), Séamus Callanan (Tipperary).
Young Player of the Year - Jason Flynn (Galway), Cathal Mannion (Galway), Tadhg de Búrca (Waterford).
