After  open heart surgery earlier this year, Waterford legend Ken McGrath is back out running and he certainly hasn't lost his sense of humour.

The two time All Star was in hospital for seven weeks after the eight hour operation which took place in April.

After being released from hosipital in Waterford, McGrath rested before begining a two-month rehabilitation programme.

McGrath tweeted today that he is back running and while his heart might be fine unfortunately his knees are as bad as ever,
