Surely the bravest Gaelic Football player anywhere in Ireland on Saturday August 23rd was Fermanagh midfielder Caroline Little.
The Erne county's star player had to leave the field after a sustaining a heavy accidental blow early on in their TG4 All Ireland Intermediate Quarter-final with Waterford at St Peregrine's in Dublin, but late in the second-half, with the game in the balance, Caroline returned to help Fermanagh reach the semi-finals.
