Navillus NY Senior Football Championship final - Gaelic Park, Sunday, Sept 28, 3pm ET

September 23, 2014

A big week ahead for the GAA in New York!

Our ladies football team will be looking to make history in Croke Park on Sunday when they take on Wexford in the All-Ireland Junior Football final.

Later that afternoon back in the Bronx, the Navillus New York Senior Football Championship final takes place at Gaelic Park - Sunday, Sept 28, 3pm ET throw-in.

For the third year in succession, the Kerry club will take on Leitrim
in the decider.

Kerry won last year's final, bridging a three-year gap in the
process.

Leitrim will be looking to the likes of Keith Quinn (Down) and Brian
Connor (Offaly) while champions Kerry are bolstered by the presence
of Ross Wherity (Donegal) and Seanie Furlong (Wicklow)

It should be a fabulous afternoon of Gaelic football in the Bronx.
