Meet Cherie Amour Pittman, the new star of the Celtic Cowboys Ladies Gaelic Football squad in Austin, Texas.

From New Orleans and raised in Arizona, Cherie Amour only took up Gaelic Football in 2013 but won Player of the Match at the Texas Finals on June 14.

'I'm a rookie but I love the fast pace and the tactical side. It's intense and demands a lot of thought, I'm really into it', says Cherie Amour who is one of 32 Americans currently with the Cowboys Ladies Football set-up.
