Round Two of the NFL took place this afternoon as well as club football final, interprovincial hurling semi-final and Kehoe Cup final action.

There were 13 national football league matches across the country, including high-profile meetings between Cork and Kildare; Kerry and Derry; Tyrone and Mayo; Galway and Donegal; and Monaghan V Meath.

The Royals were also involved in the Kehoe Cup final - against Kildare at Newbridge - while the pairings for the All-Ireland junior and intermediate club football championship finals at Croke Park were Fuerty V Two Mile House and Kiltane V Truagh Gaels respectively.

Two interprovincial hurling semi-finals completed another hectic programme of GAA activity.
