Tir Chonaill Gaels Club Notes

March 23, 2015

New Season:

Both our senior and junior teams got their season underway last Saturday with defeats.

The senior team entertained Round Towers at Greenford in the Tipperary cup and although slightly under strength battled to the end to go under by a score of 1-10 to 0-6.

The junior team travelled to Goodmayes to play Thomas McCurtains in the McArdle cup, showing signs of rustiness the young guns blew away the cobwebs and put up a decent show, only for the scarecrow they had in goals to let them down. TMC 5-2 TCG 2-4.
