Annual Convention
The club's annual general meeting was held at Moloneys Freehouse, Williesden last Sunday, February 22nd. There was a huge turnout and thanks to all those who attended and to the management and staff at Moloneys. Our Chairman Bill Reilly started proceedings with a prayer for all those past members who unfortunately are not with us anymore. The business of convention got underway at 11:30hrs. The following were elected to the club executive for 2013.

Vice-Chairman: Bernard Collins - Clare

Secretary: Mikey Haren - Clare

Asst Secretary: Hugh Haughian - Wicklow

Treasurer: Kevin Murphy - Galway

Asst Treasurer: Liam Moloney - Clare

PRO: Frank Molloy - Tipperary

Coach: Hugh Haughian - Wicklow

President: Mick McKeown - Longford

Vice Presidents: Jerry Rae, Tom Cullinane, Martin McGrath, Denis O'hAilpín, Eamon Murray, Mick Kelly, Tim Millen, Lexi McCugh, Martin Hickie.

Our chairman Bill Reilly was re-elected chairman on the day, a seat he first took back in 1985 - 30 years ago so well done Bill! The Club would also like to thank all outgoing officers, most notably our former coach, Liam Cahill for all his work the past few years and vice chairman Tony Brady.

Congrats to Michael and Cilla O'Donnell on the birth of their baby boy, Calum last week!

Membership:

Membership for 2015 is now due and can be paid to Club Treasurer Kevin Murphy or Liam Moloney. Rates are as follows. Membership is £20 for the year..

 

New Members 2015:

The club is now on the lookout for new players who wish to join a friendly, social club for the coming 2015 season. We welcome players of all abilities who wish to play football.

We also offer hurling through our Club with the Brothers Pearse HC who also have a Senior and Intermediate side. Again, players of all abilities are welcome to join.
