New Ulster GAA Secretary Brian McAvoy gives a wonderful speech about Paul McGirr and the Ulster Under-16 Tournament hosted every year by the Dromore club in his name.

McAvoy talks about June 15th 1997 when he was present at the Ulster Minor Championship game in Omagh where Paul sustained an injury in the act of scoring a goal for Tyrone and later passed away.

This year's Tournament, in the Spirit of Paul McGirr, begins on Saturday at 4.45pm when Warrenpoint (Down) play Aughnamullen (Monaghan).
