Canavan links up with Fulham Irish

Peter Canavan has joined the Fulham Irish senior football management set-up.
The Tyrone legend will assist the 2011 London senior football champions for the remainder of the season. Fulham Irish, who have also brought former Dublin senior hurling team performance analyst Jenny Coady on board, are eager to make amends for their defeat to Tir Chonaill Gaels in last year's county final.
Canavan managed Fermanagh in 2012 and '13 before leading Cavan Gaels to a Cavan SFC title last year. He was recently involved as a selector with the Tyrone U21 team that claimed All-Ireland honours at Tipperary's expense.
