Thurles Sarsfields forward Lar Corbett admits that the change in ground conditions means they will have to adapt their game for the Munster club SHC.

Last weekend, Sarsfields won their 35th county title and their third in a row and now they turn their attention to the provincial campaign.

On Sunday week, the Tipperary champions will take on the winners of this weekend's Waterford final between Ballygunner and Passage.

Corbett told the Tipperary Star not only must they focus on the opposition but the conditions have to be taken into consideration also.

"I think success will come down to other things," said Corbett. "Conditions are starting to change - it's not nice for tippy hurling and we'll have to change our set-up.

"It's about working hard because the conditions are a lot softer and it's a different kind of sport at this time of the year."
