Team news: Two newcomers for Waterford

Waterford have named two debutants for Sunday's Munster SFC quarter-final versus Tipperary in Semple Stadium, Thurles.

Manager Tom McGlinchey has handed goalkeeper Sean Barron (Ardmore) and midfielder Michael O'Halloran (Ballinacourty) their first championship starts. Barron is the replacement for Stephen Enright, who opted off the panel recently.

The Deise have eight survivors from last year's 0-17 to 1-13 All-Ireland qualifiers defeat to Carlow in Dean Crowley, Thomas O'Gorman, Shane Briggs, Tadhg Ó hUallacháin, Maurice O'Gorman, Tommy Prendergast, Paul Whyte and JJ Hutchinson.
