Semi-final time in SHC
October 23, 2014The 2014 Tipperary SHC semi-finals will form a double-header in Thurles on Sunday.
The action starts at 2pm when Thurles Sarsfields take on Templederry Kenyons, followed by the meeting of Loughmore-Castleiney and Mullinahone at 3:30.
Competition favourites Sarsfields booked their place in the last four by virtue of a 0-20 to 0-19 quarter-final defeat of Eire Og, Nenagh after extra time, while Templederry beat Burgess by 0-24 to 0-17 in their quarter-final.
The other two quarter-finals also produced one-point winning margins - for holder Loughmore against Clonoulty Rossmore (0-17 to 2-10) and Mullinahone against Kildangan (3-17 to 3-16 AET).
