The Tipperary team named by manager Liam Cahill for tonight's Munster MHC quarter-final against Limerick at the Gaelic Grounds includes just three survivors from last year's team.

They are captained by Brian Hogan, who is a son of former All-Ireland winning goalkeeper Ken. Included among the substitutes is 15-year-old Brian McGrath, who is a younger brother of senior star Noel.

Tipp are expected to be up against it given that Limerick can call on seven of the side that took provincial honours last year.
