County scene
Commiserations to Aidan Morrison and the Sligo hurlers after they lost to Longford last Saturday in the Allianz National Hurling League.
Commiserations too to Mark O'Dowd who was corner-back on the Sligo minor team that lost to Roscommon last Saturday evening. Mark was one of Sligo's better performers in an assured personal display.
Blotto
The blotto jackpot is creeping up all the time and is now at €4,200. Your support of the draw is greatly appreciated by both ourselves and our colleagues in KEUFC. Tickets available in any local shop or pub and from committee members.
Best wishes
Best wishes to club stalwart Martin John Crean who is seriously ill at the moment.
