The new floodlights at Sligo GAA's centre of excellence were used for the first time recently.

Phase Two of the project has been completed and that saw the pitches, floodlighting and public lighting all becoming operational.

There are three pitches on the 22-acre site and two of them are floodlit. All Sligo county teams will use the venue for training.

Scarden is only five mile from Sligo town and it's central location will suit everyone.
