Corcoran & Kennedy star in Melbourne GAA tournament.

Daingean GAA were well represented in the Garryowen GAC organised GAA tournament in Melbourne recently. Enda Corcoran and Tony Kennedy were part of the Na Sean Fir team who lost on penalties in the final of the competition. Corcoran's strength around the middle of the field and Kennedy's trickery in the final third helped Na Sean Fir to a 4-4 to 0-8 win in their opening match against St Kevin's. A drawn match in their second outing was good enough for a place in the final where they were unlucky to lose in a penalty shootout.
