Johnny Kelly will be a busy man this weekend.

The former Galway U21 hurling manager is trainer / advisor to the Abbeyknockmoy team that will take on Roscommon senior kingpins Four Roads in the Connacht club IHC final in Athleague this afternoon. Abbey's appearance in the provincial final comes just a week after they defeated Moycullen 1-16 to 0-13 to win the Galway IHC title for a third time.

Tomorrow, the Portumna man will take charge of Coolderry against Cuala of Dublin in the Leinster club SHC quarter-final at O'Connor Park in Tullamore. The south Offaly club are embarking on their first provincial campaign since losing the 2012 All-Ireland club final to Loughgiel Shamrocks, when former Tipperary goalkeeper Ken Hogan was their manager.
