After Unintentionally Omitting this particular word of thanks from last weeks notes a big thank you has to go to Kieran Dunphys and Sons Centra for Kindly sponsoring the Goodie bags supplied to the teams  when going out  to Golf it was very much appreciated.

Rhode U,8s Blitz

Rhode U,8 boys enjoyed a wonderful morning in Edenderry when they took place in an end of year blitz .
Teams that took part Rhode , Edenderry , Clara and Tullamore with each team getting 3 games.

A special thanks to Edenderry for hosting a wonderfully organised blitz which was enjoyed by one and all.
Big thanks also to the U,8 management team of Johnny Mooney, Stephen Glennon , Brendan Glennon and Declan Curley for having the team so well organised Saturday and all year.

Training will Continue for U,8 U,10 and U,12 boys every Wednesday 7pm and Saturday 10am.

Rhode U,16 Girls

Massive Congratulations to Rhode U,16 girls and management  of Donal Hickey , Richie Glennon and Liam Claffey on winning the Offaly U,16 C  Offaly Championship  on Saturday afternoon last .

Rhode GAA Lotto

There was no winner of the Rhode GAA Lotto Draw that took place on the 7th of September for a Jackpot of €15,000.  The numbers drawn were 5 10 14 25.  The club would like to thank all those who supported the draw and thanks to Doyle's for the use of their premises and for their help and cooperation.  The following matched three numbers and received €70 each
