The camp in Rhode is recognised as one of the best in the County at both skills and attendance. There will be several coaches there spearheaded by Offaly GAA administrators Alan Mulhall and John Leahy. For further information please contact Tracy Murphy Minor Club secretary or Cathal Smyth Minor Club Chairman or Offaly GAA Cul Camp organisers.

Sympathy is extended to the Harte, Molloy and Galvin families of Daingean on their recent bereavements.  May they all Rest In Peace.  Sympathy is also extended to the Foran of Clonbullogue on the death of Sean.  Sean was one of life's true gentlemen, a great family man and provider for his family.  He was also a great GAA man, he was an excellent footballer and was part of the great Offaly teams of the fifties and early sixties and was part of the historic 1960 team that won for Offaly it's first Leinster Senior title.  He also played a pivotal part for Edenderry when he won 3 Senior championships.  He was a great Offaly man and a pleasure to have known.  He was laid to rest in Clonbullogue cemetery on Sunday.  Sympathy is also extended to the Dalton family of Castlejordan on the death of their mother Rose whose remains were interred in Castlejordan on Sunday.  May they all Rest In Peace.
