Rhode won't give up in their quest for a first Leinster club SFC title, despite losing their fourth final since 2006 yesterday.

Speaking after the 10-point defeat to St. Vincent's in Navan, a defiant Rhode manager Pat Daly said: "It's tough for the club, but they are great lads and will come again."

Daly feels 'The Village' can learn a lot from playing against a team of St. Vincent's calibre.

"They are as good as probably a lot of inter-county teams in Ireland at the moment," he opined.

"They have Diarmuid Connolly and a couple of more lads that will fit into the Dublin set-up very shortly. (Shane) Carthy is a good player, (Gavin) Burke was excellent. Tommy Quinn is a class act, and proved that today.

"That's what we have to learn from, we have to see how Dublin are doing it and try to do the right things."
