Kilcormac/Killoughey and St. Rynagh's will contest the Offaly SHC final following today's semi-final action at O'Connor Park.
Three-in-a-row chasing Kilcormac/Killoughey survived a late scare to edge out Coolderry by 0-15 to 1-10. Danny Owens' charges held a slender 0-8 to 0-7 lead at the break, but surged 0-14 to 0-7 clear in the third quarter thanks to unanswered points from James Gorman, Ciaran Slevin, Cillian Kiely and Conor Mahon.
However, a Kevin Teehan goal with 12 minutes revived Coolderry and the double Ks were left hanging on for the win in the end.
In the first semi-final, St. Rynagh's eased to a 1-17 to 2-7 victory over Seir Kieran. James Mulrooney's ninth minute goal had the Clareen men 1-2 to 0-3 in front, but three points from Stephen Quirke helped Rynagh's to a 0-9 to 1-4 interval lead.
A Niall Wynne goal in the 37th minute extended the Banagher side's advantage before Mulrooney scored his second goal in injury-time.
