Shamrocks GAA Notes

August 10, 2010
Lotto:
The winning numbers in this week's draw were 1, 4, 9 and 25. Five people matched three numbers and win €40 each. They were: Martin Hand, T.E.F (Dermot Buckley), Joe/Josie Bracken (Eamonn Yeates), Danielle Flaherty (Ger White), Vincent O Brien (Pat Kearney) and Catriona Molloy (Sinead Kearney). Next week's draw will be held in Kelly's Roadhouse when the jackpot will be €8 600.

Sympathies:
The club would like to offer our deepest sympathies to the Mooney family, Glaskill on the untimely death of Jack last week. Sincere sympathies go to his wife Breda, who maintains the jerseys for the senior club, sons Liam and Adrian both of whom have represented the club and daughter Lorraine, as well as the extended family and friends.
Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam.

Pitch Advertising:
We are presently asking any Business that is interested in advertising around Mucklagh Pitch and Stand to get in touch with the Chairman - Denis Condron or the Secretary - John Mollin.
This is a very cheap and effective form of advertising.

SFC:
The senior footballers defeated St Brigid's on Sunday evening on a score line of 0-13 to 0-08. This was an important victory and well done to all involved.
