With the senior championship draw with Latton already known the reserve championship draws took place last week. In the O'Duffy Cup we play the winners of Castleblayney v Latton in the quarter final while in the McKeown Cup our C team will meet Killevan in the preliminary round. The C team get their first league outing on the weekend of March 4/5th

Clontibret Gold Rush for Leukaemia

Following on from the very successful Run for Leukaemia held at Christmas the club is delighted to welcome Professor Shaun McCann, Professor Emeritus of Haematology and Academic Medicine, St James's Hospital and Trinity College, Dublin, along with the Duffy family as they accept a cheque towards the provision of facilities for leukaemia patients at the hospital.

In 2014, The European Group for Blood and Bone Marrow Transplantation (EBMT) conferred Professor McCann with Honorary Life Membership. Less than 30 people internationally have achieved this honour and we look forward to Professor McCann saying a few words on the night, which is Friday 3rd March at the clubrooms.
All are welcome and a great Clontibret welcome for our distinguished guest would be appreciated.
