Intermediate and Junior

Training continues for both teams. On Sunday past our intermediate team were defeated by Aughnamullen on a score line on 2-08 to 2-05. Our Intermediate team are due to play Cremartin this Sunday in Corduff at 2pm.

Best of luck to Monaghan in the Ulster SFC Semi Final Replay in Breffni Park, Cavan this Saturday evening at 7pm

U6 / U8 / U10

Training as usual on Saturday from 10.00 to 11.15.

Games

Last Thursday, June 23rd, Corduff hosted a double blitz for U8s & U10s with teams from Inniskeen, Killanny, Carrickmacross & Magheracloone.

U12

Our U12s penultimate league fixture against Latton on Tuesday June 21st ended in defeat for the Corduff team. The final score in Latton was Latton O'Rahilly GAA Club (6-8) v (3-10) Corduff.

Their final league game is a home fixture against Oram on Saturday July 9th. Throw in is at 12pm.

U14

Our 14s are back in action on Saturday Jult 2nd after almost a month. They play Tyholland at home in the last round of league fixtures. Throw in is at 12pm.

Ladies:

U16s:

It was a week of mixed fortunes for our U16s. After a brilliant win over Sean's last Thursday they were defeated at home by Aghabog on Monday. Despite a great effort from our girls Aghabog were stronger on the day. The team was as follows: Leona Hill, Naoise Cunningham,Lorna Hand, Abbie McGivney,Georgia Smyth,Shannon Duffy Dunne,Sadhbh Cassidy,Elena McEnaney,Chloe Finegan,Abbie Finegan,Annie Brennan,Kayla Hand,Eily Hegarty & Katie Walsh.

Ulster Final;

It's a big weekend for Monaghan football and Corduff Ladies would like to extend special good luck wishes to our four representatives joint captain Laura McEnaney,Naomi Cogan,Eva Woods and Barbara Ward on the Monaghan Ladies Senior panel in The Ulster Final against Cavan in Clones on Sunday. This is part of a triple header with the Ladies Senior Ulster Final at 2 pm ahead of the Cavan Tyrone replay. We urge as many as possible to travel to Clones on Sunday to support the ladies. Tickets are available to buy in O'Gorman's Super Valu priced as follows U16s free / Gerry Arthur Stand €25 the Pat McGrane €15.

Fundraising:

Corduff Ladies would like to announce two fundraisers we're having over the next few weeks. Firstly Score Prediction cards for the men's Senior Ulster Final will be distributed after this weekend when we know the finalists. Also a massive Cake Sale will be held directly after Raferagh Mass on 10th of July with lots of tasty delights guaranteed. As always your support would be greatly appreciated.
