Minor League

In the Minor League we had a home fixture on Tuesday 17 th May against Rockcorry. Latton once again had a strong performace with some fine displays of score taking.The Final score was Latton 8-13 to Rockcorry 4-04.

Gerry prepared Veg U14 Leagues

The Division 5 Team had a home League Fixture on Saturday v Emyvale. A very good game of football with a strong performance put in by Latton . They were defeated on scoreline of Latton 5-10 to Emyvale 6-14. 

The Division 1 Team also travelled last Saturday to Inniskeen and emerged victors on score opf Latton 3-24 to Inniskeen 1-10.

The Division 1 team have a home League Fixture oin Sunday 29th May at 12.00pm.

Reserves O'Duffy Cup Quarter Final

Our Reserves travelled to Magheracloone on Saturday 21st May to face the home team in the quarter final of the O'duffy Cup. The team lined out with Kiam Quinn,Paul Fitzpatrick,Niall Traynor,Daire Quinn,Eoghan Hillis,Conor Lynch,Jason Nixon,Paudie Hamilton,Damien Duffy,Barry Mc Cabe,Darren mc Elroy,Mark Duffy,Paddy Shannon,James Mc Elroy & Stephen mc Cabe. Latton got off to a slow start going down to 3 unanswered points by the 4th Minute. Latton regrouped well and Darren mc Elroy pulled one back in the 8th Minute. Magheracloone scored 2 more quick point however Latton then found their feet and Scores from Barry mc Cabe,Stephen mc Cabe and Paul Fitzpatrick evened thing up in the 25th Minute. Magheracloone hit back but a Damien Duffy point in the 30th Minute left sides all square again. Magheracloone score in the 32nd Minute to leave them 1 in front at the break. The Second half was a different affair with Latton pulling away with points from Stephen mc Cabe in the 1st,11th,20th,23rdand 31st Minute of the Half. Barry Mc Cabe also took good scores in the 2nd & 5th Minute of the 2nd Half. Lattons scoring in the second hlaf was also added to by a James Mc Elroy goal in the 25th Minute. Magheracloone took their fInal score in the 27th minute of 2nd Half . The Final scoree was Latton 1-13 to Magheracloone 0-08.Our Subs used were Thomas Lynch for Paddy Shannon,Patrick Conlan for Mark Duffy and Ryan Conlan for Paudie Hamilton.
