Intermediate League: Emyvale picked up another two league points on Friday evening last at the expense of Tyholland. The game was played in Tully and Tyholland started the better but then Emyvale hit a purple patch scoring 1- 2 in five minutes.  One of the moves of the match was when Colin Hughes broke a ball at midfield to Ryan Mc Anespie who passed it to Daniel Mc Mahon & he laid off the perfect pass to David Mc Allister who made no mistake in finding the back of the net. Emyvale led 1:6 - 0:6 at halftime. Emyvale came out with all guns blazing in the second half and added 2:3 to their tally in about  ten minutes. Tyholland started picking off scores and Emyvale missed several scoring chances but they held on to win by two with a final score: Emyvale 3:9 Tyholland 1:11. Emyvale team: Gerard Mc Caffrey, Mervyn Browne, John Flannery, Aaron Loughran, Sean Mc Meel, Karl Mc Quaid, Gregory Devlin, Colin Hughes, James Bellew, Oisin Campbell, Ryan Mc Anespie, Conor Bellew, Daniel Mc Mahon, David Mc Allister, Garreth Mc Quaid, Subs.
