FIXTURES.

While Monaghan will be stepping up their preparations for the Ulster final which is fixed for Sunday, July 19th it is back to business as usual on the club front with matches in all three leagues, senior, intermediate and Junior as well as four matches this weekend in the Universal Graphics sponsored Junior football championship. Heading into next week Tuesday, June 30th sees a return to action in the minor competitions now that the Junior and Leaving Certificate examinations have been completed.  FL.

The action gets underway tomorrow evening Friday, June 26th with three games in the intermediate football league, Carrickmacross at home to Corduff, Emyvale at home to Tyholland and Currin travelling to Aughnamullen, all for an 8.00pm start. The other two games in that particular round, Clones at home against Doohamlet and Drumhowan away against Cremartin are scheduled for this Sunday, June 28th, both timed for 12:30pm.

The round of games this Sunday sees Ballybay at home against Latton, Clontibret away at Castleblayney, Inniskeen travelling to Truagh and Donaghmoyne with home advantage over Scotstown, those four games timed for 12:30pm while the other game, Magheracloone at home against Monaghan Harps has 5.00pm throw in.

The proposed round of matches in the senior, intermediate and junior football leagues fixed for Wednesday next, July 1st have now been postponed.

In the reserve football league Emyvale have a home game against Monaghan Harps this Sunday at 11.00am while on Wednesday next, July 1st Blackhill are at home against Killanny and Killeevan entertain Emyvale, both those games at 8.00pm. There is a further game in the reserve football league division 3 on Thursday evening next, Monaghan Harps at home against Aghabog, starting at 8.00pm.

With the Intermediate and Leaving Certificate examinations completed the minor football league games resume on Tuesday next June 30th with four games in the various cup competitions. In the division 1 Cup Donaghmoyne are at home against Truagh and Magheracloone are away against Sean McDermotts while in the division 2 Cup competition Na Mullai Sarsfields play Toome in Smithboro. There is one game in the division 3 Cup,  Patrick Emmets at home against Killanny, all games at 7:30 PM.
